Partnership Board Partners

The Partnership Board involves many local groups and services.

• Some of these groups work with people with learning disabilities and some of the services are open to all members of the community.
• These groups are really important to the Partnership Board, because they work with us to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities and their families.
• The people on the Partnership Board work in lots of different settings for example: health, social care, education, employment support, advocacy and housing. We all work together to make a difference!
